Your Monthly Letter from the Mountains of Snowdonia.
There is something rather lovely about receiving a real letter through the post.
Mindamity Mail is a little piece of my world in the mountains, written by hand and sent to you once a month.
Each letter begins with what is happening here. The changing seasons, the weather, the landscape, the small things I notice and the moments that make me stop. From there, I share some of what those moments awaken in me about our minds, our bodies, our inner world and what it means to be present in our own lives.
Inside your envelope you'll also find a Mindamity Moment to keep and a Mindamity Micro to try. Something to read, something to keep, and something to gently bring into your own life.
